"Great product from Haley Strategic. Not only it's good for D3CR, it's also good with plate carriers that has a Velcro panel under the mag carrier flap. Highly recommend this to anyone if they want a easy access utility pouch/admin pouch


Pros: Has Velcro panel outside to put patches.
- Also has double Velcro on the inside.
- could fit a lot of stuff in it.
It's such a great product. Will buy again in the future.


Cons: I just wish it had some pockets on the inside to put smaller items in it or molle/elastic molle webbings to hold pens or glow sticks, etc.


Overall, I love it. The price is right on. Most people will think Haley Strategic is expensive, no it's not....its perfect. They're products are amazing and high quality. Haley Strategic keep up the good work.

"**OKAY, BUT NOT THE GREATEST**

I bought this to function in fandom with my HSP D3CR-H (it works just fine with plate carriers too) I was left wanting more out of the money I spent on this product.

It’s pretty spacious, has lots of Velcro space on the front for your super cool patches, and attaches pretty easily. However, all of this is made almost completely useless by the one problem found with this hanger: THE FREAKIN ZIPPERS ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET TO! The zipper track runs almost 360 degree around the hanger, allowing it to be almost completely opened - a pro and con within itself. Don’t get too crazy, or you’ll spill all your stuff on the ground - but it’s never been a problem for me - just be careful.

There are two ways to try to remedy this problem: 1) simply hang the hanger lower on your rig - but you immediately run into the problem of having a lot of hook Velcro exposed - this well tear apart your shirts underneath over time, and it’s a pretty annoying feeling too. I suppose you *could* buy some loop Velcro and cut a little strip to fix this, but I find this annoying to have to “fix” this problem out of the box, AND I have no clue where to find random sheets/strips of Velcro. 2) move both zippers to one side, and just access the pouch from the side instead of the top. Again, this still limits how quickly you can access anything in the pouch, so find some other place for your grenades, folks.

What I recommend? Don’t buy this product. You’d be better off to go buy the Ferro Concepts Dangler (https://www.evike.com/products/81357/)
