The wait is over. The new Blitz SBR represents the latest technical advancements in todays modern sporting rifles, boasting unparalleled control and reliability. The upper and lower receiver sets are precision machined in house to optimize operation addressing carrier-tilt and walk. When combined with the specially designed bolt carrier group and Blast Cap tunable muzzle break and mirrored ambidextrous controls, the Blitz represents a breakthrough in AR design, resulting in the most reliable SBR on the market. Each component is designed with the professional end user in mind and machined to aerospace tolerances in FALKORs Montana based headquarters.
The Falkor Blitz SBR from EMG starts with a metal upper and lower receiver unlike any other AEG on the market. With extensive tactical styling, this receiver is bar none. In addition to the unique styling of the Falkor, nearly every piece is ambidextrous including the magazine catch, bolt release, short throw fire selector and a Falkor Mach 15 Ambi-charging handle is also present to complete the high end look of this rifle. A Super Dynamic 3-Gun style straight trigger gives the operator a unique and fast trigger manipulation. The Flared Magwell grip features ridges on the front for operators who prefer a magwell style grip on their rifle. It should also be noted that the upper receiver sports a unique style that will set the look apart from every other M4 variant on the market. Moving onward you will find a flush top rail leading into FALKOR Fatty Free-Float 11.5 MLOK™ Handguard, allowing the end user to install any MLOK compatible accessories and rail segments. The furniture of the Falkor Blitz is also optimized for performance, modularity and comfort. A textured, slim profile motor grip paired with the Minimalist Stock not only completes the look of the rifle, but makes it an extremely comfortable piece to shoulder and field.
Internally the Falkor Blitz SBR features a reinforced gearbox that has been precisely polished and inspected to ensure a low thermal and frictional coefficient. 8mm stainless ball bearings, a smooth trigger, high heat contact switch, a ball bearing spring guide and a high quality steel gear set make the internals of the Falkor Blitz SBR match the outstanding externals of this rifle.
We all know those who like to say that any AR-15 platform rifle is just "another M4", go ahead and try to say that to the EMG Falkor Blitz SBR and you will most definitely run into some contention. Length:

"Let me first say this EMG Blitz is sexy! its the hottest chick in town and its different. The weight is good, lighter than VFC VR16.
* sound -_ its give a nice thud noise to it. I enjoy it a lot but some people that want a quieter gun then its not for you. I want to be loud and I want you to come to look for me so I can pew, pew, pew your face
* Trigger response -_ It has a very nice pull, kinda reminds me of my KWA Magpul PTS.
* external -_ rock solid and very well made.
* cosmetics -_ amazing love all the trade marks.
* the charging handle is very nice.
* Internals -_ I have not opened the gearbox because I really didn't had any problems. The trigger response is good and feels took. I am an aggressive player, running, gunning and mag dumping (semi-mode). Its performs will and don't need to use the full auto.
* Not a fan of the hop up, the dial felt kinda loose, not stiff enough
* took a while to get use to placing the battery but I love the stock, so I won't change it.
* Charging handle -_ when splitting the upper and lower receiver. the charging handle is not secured or mounted to the upper receiver. it falls right out...I was hopping for some mounted screws or spring retraction when pulling the handle, nope.
* Lonex Hop up, Prometheus flap nub and Modify Baton Ryusoku Flat Hopup...I am satisfied.
"This gun is decent at best. External build is amazing, other than wobbly mags (easy tape fix). Also, mine did not come with the magazine in the picture. Sadly, it came with a standard looking mag.
Stuck a 7.4 lipo in this as soon as i got it and started test firing. gun locked up on 3rd shot in semi-auto. Had to fire on full auto to get it shooting again. Shots were flying all over the place, even when i adjusted the hopup. Luckily I read previous reviews about the hopup being bad, so I bought a Krytac Hopup and replaced it. Much more accurate now.
Included flash hider was a nice edition, making the external looks even better. I just don't know how long the internals will last. You can definitely buy a better performing gun at this price point.
"First off, this is a great AEG.... after some minor adjustments. The external build quality is impressive and is quite a heavy gun being full metal. I've played almost 10 events with this rifle and its been a love/hate relationship. When I first purchased the rifle, the hop up unit would never remain in place no matter how much it was tightened, the rifle would double feed, or not feed at all, and would end up having zero backspin on the BBs leaving the rifle almost unusable. Mags wiggle a lot due to the flared mag well but we did have a simple fix for that. A friend bought the Recce and had the same issues with his so it was a learning experience to turn these rifles into monsters.
-Looks, it will definitely turn heads
-Power, it hits hard and can reach even distant targets (after some internal upgrades)
-Gear box, only has locked up once and took a simple flick to auto then back to semi to fix (seems to be a known issue when in semi although very rare)
-Awful hop up (replaced with a G&G Rotary style, fixed feeding, and inconsistency issues immediately)
-Mag well might just be me but I needed to add tape to the inside of the mag well to get mags to fit tight, even after trying 4 different types of mid/high caps
-Mag release needs additional lube or grease and will get stuck
-The stock's battery compartment is tight, although without using the pin to close the stock, I was able to fit a 2 cell 7.4v lipo inside with a velcro strap to keep it closed
-Inner barrel is surprisingly short, throw a longer one in there!
Overall, if you're willing to put an extra 40-50 bucks into it, its a monster of an AEG.Id highly recommend this gun as a project rifle, you're buying a pretty gun, some of the internals just need a little work to make this gun shoot better than its $300+ equivalents.
